Executive Team Member: Lynda Helton
Title: Chief Development Officer
Lynda is responsible for the TEDS software life cycle from research, product design and development, through quality assurance. Her department produces all product deliverables for software releases. She and her team are credited with many innovations in learning management and talent management software.
Lynda holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. She has been with our organization for over 21 years.
Lynda began her career as a software developer, moved into project management, was promoted to Customer Implementation Manager and ultimately became leader of the software development team. A major asset to her product development capabilities is her broad experience in working directly with customers in managing implementations, working on new functionality specifications, and key issue resolution. She managed several large enterprise implementations and continues to provide implementation expertise in specific functionalities to our implementation teams
Prior to work in the Talent Management space, Lynda worked extensively in software development and implementations leading to state-of-the art automation in manufacturing and warehousing.
