Executive Team Member: Rachel Hafley
Title: Vice President of Product & Marketing
Rachel has been with TEDS for over 15 years and has worked and managed quality assurance, support services, product and marketing.
Following many years in the information services and customer assistance fields, Rachel joined TEDS in 1995 as help desk technician and quality assurance tester. She served as manager of customer support and quality assurance prior to being promoted to Director of Customer Support. In 2010 she was promoted to Vice President of Support Services, a role which includes overseeing the Information Technology team. Rachel is currently the Vice President of Product and Marketing.
Rachel has worked directly with TEDS customers in all aspects of the TEDS lifecycle. She has vast knowledge of the TEDS application and how it serves each of the TEDS customers. From pre-sales demonstrations, implementation projects, and training, to sustainable on-going support, she has provided direct assistance as well as providing a liaison role between the customers and other teams at TEDS.
