Executive Team Member: Steve Harris
Title: Vice President of Consulting and Support Services
Steve is responsible for TEDS software consulting and support services, including business processes, technical installations, and software implementations. He is recognized within the industry as an expert in managing large software implementations in global companies with multiple business divisions. Harris was the Project Leader for TEDS’ implementations at Textron, Qwest, Philips Medical Systems and many other world-class companies.
Steve has been with TEDS for over 15 years and brings to the company years of strategic, business, technical, project management, and training expertise and experience. He works with most all of our customers on implementations, expansions, product upgrades, and customizations.
In addition,Steve utilizes his vast experience, expertise, unequaled trouble-shooting talents and dedication to customer service to insure rapid systems integration, trouble-free software upgrade implementations and highly targeted and effective training.
Steve is recognized by TEDS’ customers for his successes in managing customer expectations during implementation and consulting projects and for his excellent record in project management for meeting timelines and budgets.
