Executive Team Member: Todd Mauldin
Title: Vice President of Business Development
Todd is responsible for oversight of TEDS’ business development. He is also the executive manager of the TEDS Consortium, a dynamic collaborative forum of experts in talent management, human capital development and corporate learning from over a dozen world-class companies and organizations. He came to TEDS from Eastman Chemical Company where he was responsible for the selection and global implementation of TEDS and was a quality management consultant.
Todd joined TEDS in 2000 as Director of Training and implementation consultant, where he designed and implemented all of TEDS’ training programs and lead implmentations for multiple client accounts. He was quickly given added responsibilities leading to his current position. His experience with the company includes Director of Consulting, Vice President of Customer Relations, and Vice President of Sales. Todd also has years of experience as strategic consultant on many implementations and, more recently, as Talent Management consultant with customers.
Todd earned his undergraduate and masters degrees in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University. He has been with TEDS for over 10 years.
